Anticipation animation

For my anticipation exercise, I decided to animate somebody doing the long jump, since this action provides ample examples of preparation- the runner approaches the sand, readies himself to jump, then whilst in the air, prepares for the landing. The 'anticipation' is the action made in preparation of another action. I feel this animation is very successful, mostly due to the movements being pretty accurate- for reference I was able to use a slow motion video of the real thing, from Youtube, (akin to the process I used for my Baseball flip book) to make sure I captured the subtleties in the jump (such as arm movements, etc.)

The reference video can be found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nu2W3utPPw8
